NOTICE OF 23RD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
As informed in February, this year AGM would be deferred to May 2020 due to COVID-19 situation. Notice is
hereby given that the Twenty Third Annual General Meeting (23TH AGM) of Nanyang Technological
University School of Civil & Environmental Engineering Alumni Association will be conducted using Microsoft
Teams online on Thursday, 28th May 2020 at 6.30p.m.

2. The Join info (Microsoft Teams) will be sent to the participant’s registration email 30min before the meeting. It will also be updated at the same time in the registration form.

The Business to be transacted at the 23rd AGM is as follow:
1 To receive the President Report 2019;
2 To confirm the Minutes of 22nd Annual General Meeting held on 21 Feb 2019;
3 To receive and if approved, to pass the audited Statement of Account of the Alumni Association for
the year of 2019 (1 Dec 2018 – 30 Nov 2019);
4 Election of the 12th Management Committee Members for the years 2020/2022
5 Election of two members as Honorary Auditors for the years 2020/2022
6 To transact any other business that may be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.
Notice of Motion
Any member who wishes to propose any motion at the Annual General Meeting must give notice of such
motion to the Honorary Secretary.
